I believe in the whole person - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Trauma remains in all of these bodies and I work with ways to release that trauma. I am a certified Branspotter and have studied 2 levels of Trauma Resiliency Model. I use Energy Psychology, trained by ACEP, and do tapping. I have found all of these strong tools to help people release trauma.
I love to work with people in their journey to find healing and their own true voice. I offer a nonjudgemental, compassionate and safe space for our collaboration.
