I specialize in bringing trauma interventions to reduce symptoms associated with Narcissistic Abuse, Spiritual Abuse and other traumas. I assist helping the client regain a sense of empowerment and control over their life. I utilize Mindfulness, TRM, EMDR Polyvagal and IFS modalities to assist in recovery.
