Description (2950 characters max)
I have a direct and compassionate style of working with individuals and believe honoring one's intuition is the key to healing- whether that be through play therapy, creative art interventions, or talk therapy. I enjoy helping others explore their identity and to accept all parts of themselves by acknowledging how past experiences may influence the way they think, feel, and behave.
I enjoy using play therapy with children of divorced parents, who have behavioral issues at home and/or school, grief, depression, and anxiety.
I specialize in treating eating disorders and co-occuring disorders such as anxiety and depression. I have treated eating disorders for about 10 years in various levels of care: Inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, college settings, and private practice.
