Regina works with clients from a non-judgmental, empathic, and compassionate approach. Providing a safe space where her clients can feel supported. Regina provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She believes that each person, couple, or family is unique, and she tailors each session to match the clients' goals and needs. Her goal is to enable clients to create a life where they can be the most authentic versions of themselves. Regina works with anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, translational issues, relationship issues, and PTSD.
Regina is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #132324) and received her Master's at Phillips Graduate Institution and is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Regina trained at California Family Counseling Center (CalFam) where she worked with children, individuals, families, and couples. Regina’s approach comes from a Narrative perspective but she also incorporates Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Gottman, and Imago.
